Ger McCarthy will give a talk titled “A history of the Eustace family and their Kildare estates”.
One of a series of lectures organised as part of “Kilcullin 700”, a celebration of the present town’s origins seven hundred years ago in the construction of the first stone bridge on the site of the present Kilcullen Bridge spanning the Liffey in the heart of the town.
The talks will take place on the first Tuesday of the month throughout 2019 (except August) in the Town Hall at 8pm.
Everyone is welcome. Come early for chat, tea/coffee and biscuits.
