To celebrate its 70th anniversary Athgarvan Pitch & Putt Club will launch a book detailing the history of the Club and the Athgarvan area. President of Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland Mervyn Cooney will officially launch the book, which has been compiled by Declan Power, Cathal Dunne and William H. Gibson. Copies of the book will be on sale on the night. Proceeds will go to Athgarvan Pitch & Putt Club.
