Register your Heritage Week 2014 event by the 31st of May!
31st May 2014. Event Organisers nationwide are being reminded to register their events for National Heritage Week 2014 by the deadline of 31st May to ensure inclusion in the National Heritage Week Event Guide.
Coordinated by the Heritage Council, National Heritage Week takes place nationwide from 23rd – 31st August 2014. Online registration is now open and available at www.heritageweek.ie.
2014 is the UN 20th Anniversary of the International Year of the Family and to celebrate the theme for National Heritage Week 2014 is, ‘Family … generations exploring heritage together’.
KCC will be preparing a County Heritage Guide at a later stage but groups must register with the Heritage Council to be included in the National Guide.
