The meat factory in Sallins was like a village within a village given the many locals it employed and societies and sport clubs produced during its reign.

Former manager Gus Fitzpatrick and special guests will host a poignant and entertaining talk bringing us back through the glory days of this renowned establishment along with photos and memorabilia.

Also, so many folk from Sallins and beyond have connections with the factory, we’ll keep the floor open to you who might have thoughts and stories you wish to share on the night!
