7.30 pm:  Mario Corrigan:  Illustrated talk and look back on the Sinking of the
RMS Leinster during World War One
. 10th October 2018 is the Centenary of the sinking. The RMS Leinster operated between Kingstown (now Dún Laoghaire) and Holyhead, Wales. Officially 501 people were killed when the ship was Torpedoed by a German submarine.

7.30 pm:  Dallas Camier, Audio Visual Group of Celbridge Camera Club:  short talk on the McMurrough Kavanagh family from Borris followed by a film called The Incredible Arthur.   This will be followed by another film from the group on the history of Gordon Bennett, the rally driver.    And Pre-Christmas drinks reception.
