Monday, 3rd October 2016: John Devoy “the greatest of the Fenians’ Ronnie Kinane will give a talk on John Devoy and Elizabeth Kenny, followed by screening of the documentary film by Donal Higgins.

“The Brothers O’Kelly”– History Group members (price €10.00)
“Looking back – Revolutionary Kildare” – Liam Kenny (price €10.00)
(proceeds from the sale of both publications to Naas Local History Group) Following the launch, there will be a talk, “Know your Naas’, by History Group members – this would be of particular interest to “whistlers” or newcomers to Naas, who would like to know something about the local history of the town.

Due to the success of our “Memorabilia Night” following the 2016 AGM, we have decided to repeat it in 2017. If you have items that you would like to show and give a short talk about, or simply put them on display on the night, please bring them along.
