County Kildare resident and primary school teacher, Colm Donnelly, will launch his debut book, Haunting Echoes of Ireland’s Past, in Farrell & Nephew, 8 Main Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare on Saturday 11th of March from 2-4pm.
Guest speaker on the day will be Mario Corrigan from Kildare Library Services.
Haunting Echoes of Ireland’s Past is a stunning book full of photographs and stories about Irish heritage sites, many that are off the beaten track and some sites that have never been featured in print previously.

This book is a 300-page hardback featuring sites from the four provinces of Ireland and includes four sites in County Kildare: The Gibbet Rath, Curragh; Rheban Castle, Athy; Carbury Castle and The Hill of Grange (homeplace of Moll Anthony).
